Licensing Digital Photographs

All orders for digital photographs purchased will automatically be pending under review, to ensure that the purchased photograph is available to purchase and would not be violating any other licensing agreements with other companies and/or individuals.  

This is a standard process and all orders will be reviewed immediately. If for any reason it's not approved, you will be refunded and notified within 24hours. 

Postage Pricing

All prices are calculated and when you go through the checkout process. You can find out the find out the estimated shipping cost when you view your basket and enter the delivery address in the "Estimate your shipping:" field on the right side of that page.

Add items to your basket, continue to proceed to checkout, prior to payment, you will be able to see postage calculations, and modify basket quantities if required.

Estimated Delivery Times

These are the estimated shipping times

UK Up to 5 working days
Ireland Up to 7 working days
Europe Up to 7 working days
Rest of World Up to 10 working days

These are estimated transit times. Actual transit time may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

These apply to these shipping methods: First Class, Standard Post, Airmail. 

Special Delivery / Courier shipping method should be 1-2 working days.

When shipping to Ireland, the normal tracking won't work as those orders are sent out by Parcels to Ireland.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details. 

Refund Policy

Due to the fact that each photograph is printed on demand, we do not offer the ability to return your order (print, canvas, etc) for a refund. The only exception to this rule is if you are not happy with the quality of your printed order, contact us immediately upon receiving your order and we will reprint it free of charge if it is faulty.

Please preview your images to ensure that all customizable features are to your liking before placing the order. These features include orientation/cropping of images and other services such as paper choice and finish options.

If you receive your order and it is faulty, please contact us and provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the faulty printing

Additionally, no refunds are available for digital orders due to the fact that they are digital and non-returnable.
